REAL ESTATE LITIGATION
Bogorad & Richards lawyers have decades of experience, dating back to the 1980’s, representing virtually all sides of complex real estate disputes in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Our lawyers have (i) represented both buyers and sellers in disputes arising out of purchase and sale agreements, including lawsuits seeking both specific performance and damages, (ii) represented both owners and tenants in commercial landlord tenant disputes, (iii) represented owners in real estate disputes with the federal government, including eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation, (iv) defended against and prosecuted claims for commercial real estate brokerage commissions, and (v) represented owners and developers in land use disputes with neighboring land owners.
